10 Man Shannox Strategey

So here’s what we have done everytime and it has worked so far.

Shannox Strategy
In phase 1 we burned down Rageface from the start (No BloodLust) and then we took Riplimb down to 25% (switching dots @ 30%) and then moved on to shannox, bringing him down to 35% in order to not enrage riplimb. After Shannox has been brought down to 35%, we then would burn riplimb down till hes dead and then just chain cooldowns on the Shannox tank (Pain Supression, Tank CDs, Hand of Sacrifice, etc) because it’s near impossible for the Riplimb tank to get 2nd on threat by that time, this is also the time you would lust. Thats about it for the Shannox fight, please take a look at the key factors below.

Key Factors

    Traps spawn under you, you have 2 seconds to move out
      Fire Trap does tons of damage, but can be healed off (Will guarantee a death in phase 2)
      Crystal Traps have a lot of HP that dps must burn through to untrap you (and it also counts as a wall, so it can LoS Heals/etc)
    There are 2 dogs, Rageface and Riplimb
      Riplimb is tanked via threat (Nothing is tauntable in this fight) and puts a stacking debuff called Jagged Tear, which your tank should really try to reset it before it gets above 8 (Starts to hurt very very badly). Your tank can reset his stacks by trapping Riplimb in a crystal trap right as Shannox’s spear comes down (this is because riplimb must “fetch” the spear for Shannox and run it back to him, by doing this it also resets the Shannox Tank’s stacks too, since Shannox also does the debuff and will not apply the debuff unless he has his spear, which Riplimb is fetching). Thats about it for riplimb.
      The other dog is Rageface who randomly attacks a raid member (Not tankable), this raid member to be healed as they pop some kind of threat drop/survival cd. Once in awhile he will cast Face Rage on someone, this can be easily dispelled by doing 30K damage in a single hit, but other than that needs to be healed heavily through. Another helpful thing is that you can run rageface through the immolation (fire) trap, to not only damage him but to also put a 30% increased fire damage debuff on him and thats about it for rageface.
      Both Dogs will enrage when Shannox falls below 30% (Will cause a wipe)
      When 1 dog dies Shannox gains a buff that increases his damage and attack speed by 30% per each dog that is dead, along with the other dog that is still alive gaining the buff too.
      Dogs can only be trapped so often as they gain a debuff called Wary, that causes them to not be able to be trapped until it wears off.
    Important Shannox Information
      Casts Hurl Spear every once in awhile, creating a large red marker on the ground where it is going to land and then leaving flares around it, DO NOT STAND IN THE FLARES AND DO NOT BE NEAR THE MARKER WHEN IT COMES DOWN, This is the point where the Riplimb tank should trap riplimb to clear the debuffs
      Tank Shannox and Riplimb decently apart so that riplimb has to run a good amount of distance to return the spear (thus wiping the Shannox tank’s debuff)
      In phase 2 his hurl spear becomes a raid wide AoE with the flares still around him
      Shannox tank MUST move him every once in awhile in order for melee not to be cornered by traps

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE LATEST DBM, IT IS THE #1 TOOL AND YOU WILL NEVER MESS UP IN A TRAP WHILE USING IT UNLESS YOU COMPLETELY FAIL
